RETURN POLICY
In the event an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to organize a replacement.

If you change your mind about an item, you may return/exchange the unused item within 14 days of receipt.  We will issue a refund for cost of item provided it is in original saleable condition with its original packaging and proof of purchase. 
No returns or exchanges will be granted after the 14 day grace period.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

If you are making an exchange because you would like a different style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.  We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or if the item was defective.  All returns are subject to a 5% Restocking Fee.

Prior to returning your item, please contact us to request a Return Authorization #.  No returns or exchanges will be processed without a Return Authorization #.

Care of the item is your responsibility until it arrives at our offices. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us. 
Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.  Ship with a carrier (such as UPS/FedEx) who will provide a tracking number to make sure your package does not get lost.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging, and include a copy of the purchase receipt.  Write the Return Authorization # on the outside of the box.

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.  If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping fee and 5% restocking fee.

All sale/discounted items are Final Sale.

Please note: We do not accept returns of items not purchased from this website.  If you have purchased from an authorized retailer, you must return directly to that seller.
